Family Dental are the best! I had so much anxiety going to the dentist because it had been so very long since my last visit. During my pregnancy my mouth took a turn for the worse. I was so ashamed. Family Dental Care made me feel comfortable and were very reassuring. They got my dental health where it needed to be. Now they are treating my 1 yr old. I love how family oriented they are and great with military families!

Great customer service! Staff are welcoming and friendly. This was our first visit as new patients. My kids had their teeth cleaned and they had a wonderful experience. The establishment itself is very nicely done. Very clean and inviting. Makes for a very comfortable visit to the dentist!

I cannot say enough good about this practice! The team has gone above and beyond for my family. Aside from taking excellent care of our dental needs, they have also offered flexible scheduling and have accommodated my toddler’s special needs more thoroughly than I could have asked for. The doctors and staff are all professional and knowledgeable while remaining incredibly personable. We aren’t easy to please, so it’s such a relief to have found the gem that is Family Dental Care!

Our visit today was fantastic. We took our 2 year old for her first trip to the dentist! Every staff member we met was warm and inviting. The hygienist made her feel comfortable and explained the tools she would be using and allowed my daughter to touch and hear them before the cleaning started. Dr. Sipes was also very gentle and worked with my daughter to make her first dental experience a positive one.

The staff and dentists here are extremely nice and helpful! I had concerns about my son’s tongue and lip tie and they quickly got him in to address all my concerns! If you’re looking for a dental provider in Jacksonville for either you and/or your family, I highly recommend them to take care of all your dental needs!

My recent visit was characterized by professionalism, gentleness, care, and friendliness. The office's soothing powder-blue beach theme fostered a relaxed atmosphere. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and called three minutes before my scheduled appointment time. The service provided was comfortable, and the dentist clearly explained both my strengths and areas for improvement in oral hygiene. This is my dental practice of choice.

I would definitely recommend The Family Dental Care NC. My forms were filed out online. I was greeted by friendly staff. The Office is a high quality top notch facility, it’s beautiful, clean, and has update equipment. My dental hygienist went above and beyond!!! She explained everything so clearly. She focus on my issue and a plan. She spoke with confidence, made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable and skilled. The Dentist (Dr) was great. This is the best dental experience I have ever had.

Taylor has been my hygienist for a year or so now, and she is amazing! I have been to many other hygienists in the past and she is by far the best I have ever experienced. The cleaning is of the highest quality and she is very professional and extremely nice.

I can’t even begin to say enough good things about the ladies here! Dr. Sipes and Megan (I’m so sorry if I got the name wrong!) were AMAZING. Came in yesterday for my crown and it was the most relaxed experience ever. Thank you for being accommodating, patient, and awesome. I’ve got no pain today, ladies, and it feels great to be able to comfortably eat again!

The dental hygienist was amazing with both my kids. She took the time to explain to them what she was going to be doing next. (They have been to a dentist before but this was their first visit there). The dentist was also really nice and everyone was very welcoming and did an amazing job with my kiddos. Thank you.

This is just a review of the front desk lady named “Corrie”. She was extremely helpful when I called and I did not expect to be able to talk to someone so knowledgeable. Definitely an exemplary employee who cares. Thank you!

This was my first time going here. I loved the staff. They are very professional and kind. The assistant was great, explains everything very clearly. The Dr. was great. Very kind and also explained everything great. I would recommend all to go there.

Professional and courteous. They got me in on time, and finished without berating me for any minor thing they found. One of the only dental offices that I feel like I'm actually wanted instead of just another customer.

Dr Sieps and Nicole, Emily, and Lauren were all great! They were so understanding and patient! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and they made it feel possible for me to go! I didn’t feel judged or shamed! 10/10 recommend!

Could not thank this office and Patty my nurse who helped keep me confident through my visit today. Dr. Williams has such a warm disposition. The hygienist, Leia, was warm and kind as well. They were professional and exceptionally skilled. Overall, great experience.

Best dental experience I have ever had in over 50 years. My dentist was very professional and knowledgeable, yet very courteous. The dental assistants and staff were fantastic as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This Dentist office is well staffed and incredibly efficient in their approach to dentistry and their business model is streamlined. I personally appreciate that they represent themselves not only as Dentists but run a proper business. Everything is very simple and there’s no guesswork. Staff is also very friendly, professional, and conversational. They like to get to know their clientele. There’s really nothing more you could want or expect from a Dentist.

We started here in July of 2024 and they take care of the whole family! Dr. Parker and Evelin (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) are amazing and caring. They make my girls feel safe and secure even when the eldest one doesn’t enjoy the pokes or prodding for certain things. They are patient and are able to work with all age ranges. My kiddos are 10 and 7. It’s nice to be able to get our teeth checked by the same person that remembers us!

This was my first visit to Family Dental Care NC. I can honestly say that this is a 10 Star dental clinic! All of the staff and the Dentist did a wonderful and professional job at meeting my needs. I am partially disabled and 71 years old. The staff assisted me in removing my wheeled walker from my van, helped me into the office, and got me comfortably seated. Dr. Sipes did a fine job recementing my crown. They even helped me back to my car. Family Dental Care NC will be my new dental clinic from now on!

What an incredible experience! I broke my front tooth on Friday and left a message for Family Dental Care. Leslie called me back on Sunday and scheduled me for a Monday appointment. Today, I was treated by Dr. Williams, Nicole, and Kim — and I can’t say enough about their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. I’ll have my partial by Wednesday! I feel truly blessed to have them supporting my dental care. Thank you all so much!

It was amazing! My hygienist Taylor was very attentive and always made sure I was okay during my cleaning. She explained anything I had questions about.

Very nice team, all of them were so kind to work with. Lots of families were in when I was there and I was able to hear in the room next to me how gentle they were with children. Very pleasant experience.

First time here and absolutely loved them. My 1 year old had to be seen after me and they were so patient with him!! I would recommend!
